I just dloaded Halo: The Master Chief Collection trainer using Edge to my usual anti-virus excluded folder and had no issues.

Try checking your Edge settings and see if there's maybe a setting being overly sensitive that's preventing you from dloading the file. Like Pwiz said, these browsers sometimes get overly protective to the point where they occasionally prevent us from doing some of our regular daily activities.

norton can be a pain in the ass but as long as u know it u can get around it
