Hello all,

So I've got a quick question really, I hope someone can answer it.

The RC Store credit, lifetime members get +250 a month it shows on my profile right? Is this still a thing? The reason I ask is I've had the same amount of points on my profile for years, no joke it has remained the same figure and never increased for years now. My points have remained the same and never changed, so either something is wrong with myself not getting the points or it's just not working anymore?

Can someone advise myself on this? Thank you legends.

We are looking into the issue.

I thought I was going crazy but I'm sure I didn't receive my Lifetime+ RC points last month. I just didn't say anything because I thought I was just mistaken.

I check this site daily and have done since a member and had the same credits for years so I am technically missing out on thousands of RC credit and I see above Wizard says they are looking into it... So I doubt we get our stuff but it's nice to know it's not just myself who has had this issue.

So you guys haven't spent any points on anything in years, is that correct?

I have, it was only last month I didn't notice if I had been given +750 for the Lifetime+
