Trainer works perfectly so far, achievements are unlocking via Steam and for the Xbox LIVE profile using the Steam installation of the game with the custom launcher provided.
Possibly unrelated to the trainer, but twice on separate occasions while using it, I noticed if I went to the options menu for too long, or alt tabbed into another program (The Xbox App was the only one I tried) my PC would lose all signal to my monitors and my GPU fans would go to 100% until I restart my computer via the power button. This hasn't happened when the trainer wasn't injected.
Very strange situation but thought I'd report in case it has any relevance. Some specs are below if they're needed:
Windows 10 Pro [Version 10.0.18362.476]
Intel i7 8700K @ 3.7GHz
ZOTAC RTX 2070 SUPER
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB RAM
Game is running in borderless windowed mode at 1920x1080 with uncapped FPS
Other than these two instances everything is working perfect, thanks.

Wait, so are you saying when playing the steam version of the game that achievements unlock for both steam profiles and xbox profiles while playing? can anyone else confirm this?
Yeah you get both steam achievements and xbox achievements using the steam version.
I've followed the steps and when I launch the trainer, nothing happens... The "customised for TheGamingBoris" shows up then goes away. big rip

Are you running a trainer you downloaded and it prompts the CHEATHAPPENS splashscreen, then suddenly closes? There is a reason!
Windows pushed out .net Core 3.1 Runtimes. Our trainers and a lot of software on the internet requires these Microsoft pre-requisites to be installed. Many games use these so some people may already have Core 3.1 installed. At any rate, this is safe and normal Microsoft libraries that their software and ours and many others use. Down the line it will likely be included in normal Windows 10 installs and updates. Once you do this, all our newest trainers that you download from now on will work, so it's do this once and then you are done with it.
Here are the links
dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core/3.1/runtime/desktop/x64
dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core/3.1/runtime/desktop/x86
Install both, then reboot, then try the trainer. Should be good to go.
I apologize that our trainer doesn't tell you that these are not on your system then prompt you to download them. We are still investigating why that doesn't happen, since Microsoft said that it would do this automatically.
We are using the newest and most efficient libraries as we continue to innovate and improve our trainers and our software and tools. This is one of the things that allows us to do that.
Anyways, thanks for your subscription and we look forward to bringing you more great trainers in 2020.
best,
Cal
Just to point out, the trainer did automatically tell me I didn't have these libraries and prompted me to download upon first launch of it.
Hello. Thanks for the awesome trainer, however I have a question; I'm not getting any achievements on Steam and I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong. I'm using the launcher provided by CH and playing with EAC disabled, is that the way to do it or am I doing it wrong?
the latest trainer posted has a new file for STEAM users that you can put into the directory and launch the game normally through steam. For XBOX PASS users, we have no solution for you.
If you play the game by launching with anti cheat disabled, then achievements are disabled. The developer did this.
best,
Cal

Thank you very much, working like a charm now. I knew I was doing something wrong!

Came here for the same issue, found the answer, installed it, works.
I can imagine people don't read the .txt files since the previous version worked for them. Thanks for helping us on the forums eventho we could've found it there.
Every option seems to work fine except the Sabre Hull and Shield options. Unlimited thrusters works perfectly.
Happened to me yesterday on the steam version(game pass worked fine}. Works fine today. If its not working during the sabre fight, try disabling all options, close trainer, and reopen it, then reactivate the options.
