Does anybody getting any error when using the trainer in single player mode? Is AoE II detecting the trainer? Everytime I play, without messing with the setting, it keep showing as tampering and to restart the application.
The post that explained what happen need to be stickied. I was not aware that AoE II DE is now under that kind of protection...

It is under Anti-Cheat-Protection since the Mongolian-Patch. 'cause of the Online-Ranking mode...
Before that, only the "Multiplayer-Section" was under protection.
Since that is a limited-time event, that will not last forever, it would not make that much sense to "stick" the post (in my opinion). They will probably remove the Mongolian-Raid-content soon. At least, I hope so.
Do the cheats also affect AI?
Unknown, you can try to play around a bit and see if it does or not, i think it shouldn't.
