This is a common problem with this game. One person fixed it by lowering the refresh rate down to 60.

Hi all,

Not sure if I am the only one but the money cheat doesn't seem to be working as I enable the cheat but then when I try to buy something, the money return to normal.

Any advises? Many thanks

I have tried all the "solutions" that have been posted on here to try and get the trainer to work with the current (1232.13) version of the game, and all of them have failed.

To summarize, I have:
-Run the trainer as administrator
-Run the game at 60hz and not Full Screen
-Restarted both the launcher (Epic) and my computer since the update
-Attempted to start the trainer both at the main screen and once my save has loaded
-Used both F1 and Alt+Tab to start the trainer

Is there something I'm missing? I sent a report requesting this version be updated and I was refused on the basis that my issue has already been solved in the forums, but it definitely hasn't as far as I can tell.

Edit: I have also run the game in safe mode, with the exact same result. Here is the debug log from the trainer after the crash. It is the same each time.

Always disable the option "Use Items Gives Max" bevor you buy stuff in shops, tapper etc. otherwise your money will get beck to your normal amount.

Yeah lowering the refresh rate below 60 does not fix the problem of the game auto crashing when you try to break out of full screen to use the editor or to like activate the trainer. In full screen mode the trainer will not activate by pressing f1. Like the post 2 boxes below i tried all the other so called solutions and none worked. The only way i could get the trainer to activate without crashing the game was to start it in safemode so its in a reduced window and the desktop is visible. Then you could get the trainer to activate without crashing the game and you could use things like the editor or changing the value of the money hack. But who wants to play for very long like that ...... the game is displayed on a window about a 3rd the size of your monitor. The trainer worked great and like it should before the moonshine patch without any problems or having to turn the game on safe mode I find it rather odd, that such a clearly huge change in the way the trainer works with the game would be greated by a standard form letter basically equalling a shrug the kind of stuff EA sends out when there is a problem with their games.

So i am having an issue, so i just got a new computer and downloaded this, when i run it, it says i need to download the net core files to be able to run it. I do that and even restart my computer but everytime i run it i get the popup saying i need to download net core again.

Anyone know how to fix this?

install both
Have all of the following installed.

.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core 3.1 Desktop Runtime x64 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x86 Link
.NET Core Current Runtime x64 Link
.NET Framework (get latest) Link

(Both x86 and x64 of the .Net Core MUST be installed)

Reboot PC when done.
