I am having an issue with the money option. I turn the option on, set it to an amount, then loot something. My money changes to the amount specified as intended. The issue is as soon as I go to buy something (ammo for example) my money resets to like $8. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue.

Same. Went to buy a $3 bowl of Oatmeal and my 500k turned into $8, lol
so unlimited health is effecting enemies too, animals and humans, I can shoot anything point blank in the face with a shotgun, and nothing. And I have no idea what unlimited core options even do, theres no description in the readme for the trainer, its all a bit confusing. Im currently manually editing the xp progression for my stats to improve them that way, that will make things easier.

The cores are a game mechanic, which to be fair not even Rockstar explained well. The gist is that your three major stats (health, stamina and dead eye) each have a ring and core. If you use up all of the ring, say the stamina ring by sprinting, then if you keep sprinting it will dip into the core. Not only does the core allow you to sprint or fight for longer, but it is also how the ring gets replenished.
TL;DR: Unlimited cores is the same as having an unlimited amount of those stats. If the trainer's unlimited health option is giving everyone unlimited health, try just using the unlimited cores option.

Got the very same issue, and funny thing is, even if I just simply sale items in my inventory with the "unlimited consumable/refill" option on, the game will reset my money back to $10 as well... 🤔
