Just tried this latest update and it immediately got clobbered by AVG. AVG had no problems at all with the previous version and it's been working splendidly for months, so what's triggered AVG in this new version?

AVG is stupid. Mystery solved.

More of those not using it properly XD non professionally and professionally never had issues with it. Just people need to know how to work it right.

Here's the interesting thing.

When I upload the Zip file to Virustotal, AVG says the file is clean, no virus or malware detected.

I've been using the new trainer for several hours. I use a typical exclusion and my ESET AV hasn't had any issues with it.

I changed my current level in the editor and got an 'activated' message. What do I have to do to actually make it change in the game?

I'm not using that option. Another member wrote this:

To set your level/xp after changing it in the editor, click on a different setting, exit your inventory menu and play until you gain some xp and it will apply the changes from the trainer. (if you dont pause game, just change level/xp in trainer, select a different setting after changes are made, go gain some xp and it will work)

See if that works for ya.

I tried that and it reset the level in the trainer to its original value and did not change the character's level.

Dunno then, I just leveled playing the story and DLCs. Maybe someone using it will see this and reply and/or you could PM 0X90:

Edit: Did you try changing the level/xp in the trainer then go earn some XP in game to see if it works that way for ya? You bought your game at Steam or Epic and you're using the new trainer posted 9-12 right?
