I have noticed that with the last update the developers have added an experience bar for our teammates.
I haven't had time to try it yet but can you tell me if the trainer can increase it please?

No, it can't but just testing the trainer I got them all to max level in just over an hour anyway.

You only need to use the launcher again if the computer is shutdown/rebooted and/or Ubisoft connect is closed.
in that case i can just always use the CH launcher right?
do i get ban/block if i use trainer by forgot to launch the game via the launcher?

Correct, yes. If battleye is re-enabled you won't be able to use the trainer anyway, until you use the launcher to shut it off.
