Yep, same thing for me. Options 1-4 affect enemy ships as well as the player. Damn. Wish I had looked into detail before I bought the game, I would've waited until a working trainer was released.

Please provide a savegame or game scenario where we can easily re-create the issue you are referring to as we don't see it on our side. This game is also patching like crazy so it's possible that they changed the code for the player to be shared and so an updated trainer would be necessary.

One of the community guys on the Discord said that this game was patching constantly and likely would be put on hold, and I couldn’t even make it past the tutorial mission on my own, so I already refunded it. Hopefully another player can provide a save game. (I know that the prologue has a scripted death, but I didn’t even make it that far, I kept getting killed in the very first wave of enemy ships where you warp in with a heavily damaged ship)

like I said.. you are SUPPPOSED to die there

also, I assume some missions certain ships are supposed to survive scripted for x length of time.

this kind of crap is maddening, and with it being a broken mess of a game in early access, I am not encouraged to keep working on stuff like this

also bonus, it literally patched again while I am writing this. They aren't even updating the version number properly, it's still 0.2.0.3.5 while underlying code is being manipulated. on and on..

Probably going to put ON HOLD or RETIRE..

If that's the case, then my copy of the game was bugged, because every time I was killed by those enemy ships the game reset me back to the beginning and I had to do the tutorial all over again. I never even got to see the meeting at the station or the scripted death, I died right after testing my ship systems. After 8 times I finally gave up LOL.

If you guys think you're going to retire the game completely, then I won't bother re-ordering it from Steam because if I can't even get past the tutorial, I don't have a chance in hell of getting anywhere in the main game.

Thanks for looking at it though, your work is appreciated.

EDIT: Okay, call me a sucker, but I re-ordered the game after today's update. They made the tutorial mission easier and I was able to beat it. I can also confirm that the trainer is now working properly. I know this game has been an annoyance to you guys, but I hope you don't give up on it. Stuff like this is why I have a Lifetime Membership but still pay monthly - you guys really do try your hardest. Many thanks whatever your decision.
