IT really doesn't. Use the trainer for certain missions and when you don't need inf health cos the game's real easy when your states get maxed don't use the trainer. I didn't need the inf health until the last boss... last boss is a pain in the ass
The last boss is actually the easiest (if a bit time consuming). You can just jump onto one of the tall towers around the stage, and stand between two walls on top of said tower. Enemies can barely hit you, and even the boss' full area attacks go below you. You can just stand up there the whole match and shoot things at your own pace, only going down if you need more ammo.

This game if you have all the agility orbs to the max becomes really easy to beat
trainer worked like its suppose to.
