Since 2009 I have seen a lot of changes on this site and no doubt there will be many to come, I don't much care for perks and RC, I just care that the site exists and stays in existence so I will continue to support any changes from now to the future.

I am quite sure there will be a lot who feel the same way, thumbs up CH

I wrote a carefully constructed essay on this and the lovely anti attack script took me to "Firewall warning - Content blocked" - I press the back button hoping my text is saved but its not, I already spent a good 20 mins writing this out carefully and not to cause offence but to save time I will be blunt with my feedback as I can't be arsed to re-write everything, so here's my feedback on this and other delights.

You guys could be massive money-grabbing Zuckerbergs by forcing advertising onto the platform but there are no adverts. Really the membership fee for annual amounts to 1-2 games per year, for the added value the trainers bring to all the games released, worth it. Stop apologising for doing this, The silent majority want you to keep the site going and not go bust or give up.

FAQ page - Put the hyperlinks to the pages IN the answers

"My antivirus or security product is blocking the trainer saying that it contains a virus.

Also please update the AV page which has not had a significant update since 2008, Yes I went looking on the internet wayback machine.

Add the secret folder on C/USERNAME/Cheathappens to the documentation on exclusions, I never knew about this for a good 15 years and found it by chance but its not listed in any documentation, every now and then my AV would nuke anything in that folder and I would have no idea why trainers failed.

Discussion forum software, needs more post per page, maybe a different discussion engine as drastic as that is.

For the love of Zeus please add mobile responsiveness to the new site.

WRITING LIKE THIS ON DISCUSSION THREADS IS REALLY BORING TO READ - Just yikes yikes yikes, When people won't listen RESORTING TO THIS helps about as much as carrying a live salmon for protection against thunder.

One last silly comment from me because I decided to read through the pages, I keep seeing people with "What will happen to my lifetime members" and seeing the tone of increasing frustration page after page as staff reply.

Looking at the OP. It could be so much better written for clarity and ease of understanding. Good written content can save soooo much aggravation and especially for the big announcements, look into a content writer who can take your main message and present it in a way that is

- Easy to comprehend
- Leaves no room for doubt / misunderstanding
- Gets rid of the fluff that makes it longer and therefore, TLDR.

Just run the OP through this: www.hemingwayapp.com/ - Write announcements with that as a base tool and watch as the repeat questions die down when you write for simplicity and ease of reading.

Secondly, this line is an absolute killer:

"First and foremost, we will NO LONGER BE OFFERING A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP" bla bla reasons.

Instead if you had written

"As of January 1st 2019, we will no longer sell lifetime membership to new members. Existing members keep their lifetime agreements."

But because you baked it into the ALL CAPS SHOUTING LIKE THIS at the top, people's eyes just bounce off it and you end up with countless "What about my membership" - You think you've communicated but there are much better ways of using written content especially for the changes that may cause negativity or discontent. How you write is as important as what you are writing about.

I understand that you guys gotta pay the bills so a change in business plan just makes sense; if anything I am surprised it took you this long to change things up. I am lucky enough to already own a lifetime membership here, but if I were required to start over, your new changes would probably turn me away. Not your fault, I really just don't like the 'software lease' business model.

I think many people, especially those who do not game as heavily, would love the option to buy your trainers ala carte style. It would be great if there were alternate ways to purchase, like a simple trainer at a certain cost, and maybe another version with more options for a little more. Maybe a discount when you prepay for 10 or 20 trainers or something like that. I bet there are a lot of people who, like me, would like to see more options than a subscription.

Well i very much appreciate what you guys do to help us enjoy the games more. While you all are working your butts off for us, we are sitting around reaping the benefits. Anyone that understands cost for everything you need to buy and labour cost and other expenses you have to make a profit to keep going or you fail then we all feel cheated but i understand that you guys are not giving up on your business and the love you have to provide us with a well prepared service. Hey, even us medicare people get a 2.8% raise for cost of living in 2019. I know i understand i was a manager in retail for years so, thank you all for what you do to help us cheat.
