I thought this would have happened years ago. The trainers and support here are second to none. The staff at CH want to eat like the rest of us do. I doubt the staff at CH have outside jobs, so no one can blame them for wanting to keep their business afloat.

Someone else might remember this, buy was the original lifetime price something like $50 or $60? I think for the first two years I did the yearly membership, then thought how stupid it was to pay by the year.
If you can read this, thank a teacher.

To echo what others have already said. I never regreted buying into a lifetime membership here. It is worth every penny. If you are reading this and you are on the fence. Buy into it now, you will not regret it later. Better yet. If you don't buy it now, you will regret it later.

I am very surprised these changes didn't happen sooner. From what I can tell the changes seem be fair. Especially making the change to disable trainers from accounts that don't renew their subscription. It still costs money to support those trainers and if they no longer support you then it only seems fair to disable their access.

I am sure it was a tough decision to no longer offer lifetime membership to people. However, it had to be made. With all the new titles coming out every month and to continue support older titles must be a very daunting task with a small crew of coders.

The offline keys don't really effect me much. So I won't comment much on this since I don't use them that much. Even if I did, it won't effect me at all since I am a lifetime member.

I will continue to support you guys with the lifetime plus model as I have since that option became available to me from the begining. I have nothing but love, thanks and appreciation for all the staff here.

Yeap, I paid $49.95 back when I joined. The price was right so I bought my nephew a sub, too. When PLUS came out I joined right away as by then I was starting to feel guilty about what I had paid. It didn't seem like a fair share for what I was getting from CH. It's turned out to be a great investment.

I paid somewhere around that too. However, it was during the holidays and it was on sale. I know it was real cheap. I honestly would of payed five times that much.

    Hey,

First of all, I understand and support your decision to monetize your services more. Living is neither free nor cheap and making these trainers probably takes up a lot of time for the CH team.

I do have a question though. I live in an area that's really prone to service problems, so my internet connection cuts off from time to time. Right now your trainers work perfectly fine when I'm offline, but will the upcoming changes affect that in any way?

Sorry if you've answered this or a similar question, but I did a quick search through the thread and didn't find anything.

Thanks for all your hard work.

    Cheers,
    D
