i do not accept using ccleaner as it got items of issues (macafee owned) that i dont want the hassle off. and normal windows with the internal AV have not blocked any files in any informations i seen in the security log.

nor turning off the AV just because of trainer issues.

cleaning the register is ok but even after removing the files in the registery via a registery cleaner and going manualy thru the registery after, and rebooted the pc and i still got the same issue.

Avast owns Piriform, not McAfee (Link). And you only need to create scan exclusions in Windows Defender for the trainer exe file or the folder you store all our trainers in and the Work folder. This Work folder is located here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\

Everything that my fellow team mate Cypher already provided in this thread.

Good for health, bad for education.

As the devs/admin said....its actually a very simple fix. I was having the exact same issues with some trainers and not with others. I tried what admin said and that didnt work (going into user files etc). But still good advice admins

However what DID work was all down to the AV program. Everytime you run a new trainer file, it puts it in quarantine. (I use Comodo). You need to find out where that list is, clear it and then add an exclusion to the file as "trusted". And then when you run it, you should give it unlimited access and it will work just fine.

Almost always its the AV program, no matter what type you use, like Comodo, Avast etc. They always give a false positive and need to be "told" that it is not malware etc but a safe program.

    Hope this helps.

    Greetings.

Sorry to be necro-forum but I'm temporarily back on my old computer who may only runs on familial Win7 32 bits. And yes I have this problem with .tmp files.
And I tried all you said, I deactivated my firewall, cleaned my temp files...
    Nothing is working...

    Help welcome...
