I can't get passed Athens, still in the synopsis. The girl drops dead everytime
That happens because you guys are using option 3 and keeping it on. Enemies will die easily, but NPCs will also randomly die. It's the same with option 7, it bugs quest items. Don't use them, and you won't have an issue.
And just a heads up to Cali, 1.03 will be out tomorrow. Just so you all are aware.

I only used option 3 twice and the last time is hours ago.
Has anyone found a way to artificially increase spear fragments without breaking the game? e.g. unlimited items/ammo or unlimited item usage? I Checked through the thread prior to posting but it doesn't look like anyone has accomplished this.
This seems to be connected to the number of cultists already killed. I managed to find the value for fragments and fragments found but it doesn't do anything to change them.
Some of the options in the current trainer Assassin´s Creed Odyssey Trainer 1.0.2 10.07.2018 also work for game version 1.03 as i have been using it for the last 3hrs and my game version is 1.03.
Easy Inventory Craft
Unlimited Underwater Breathing
Set Gold
Free Blacksmith Upgrades
Free Blacksmith Engraves
As these are the only options i use i only tested these, but they work fine on my game.

I used it too without problem until I came to a town where all people got killed (no option 3 or 7 activated) running only on 1 , 4,5,6 and the boat things
