Did you follow the directions exactly as listed in the Readme text with the trainer? They are actually quite a bit different for this game:
This game has multiple protections built into it. It can detect changes
to the game, or if the trainer has been modifying the game if you start
the trainer too early. The best course of action is to run the game, then
load your game and wait until you are able to drive around and THEN
activate the trainer.
Press F1 once you are driving in the game.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.
Try those exactly as Caliber detailed and see what happens then. There's a good chance that has a lot to do with it. You might also verify your game files, too. Good luck.

Yes I have done those exactly as stated. This is the only trainer I own & I’ve been doing those exact steps since I got it. The trainer has worked perfectly until the last update & I haven’t done anything differently. I hear it tell me trainer activated & in the trainer it says game found trainer activated like normal but no matter what hotkeys I press nothing happens.
Are we safe to try the credits option now with the recent update or is that part of the trainer still getting banned no matter what?
I don't think it's "no matter what", just try to keep it to a "reasonable" amount; no blatant/sudden 999M credits increases. I used the credits option only once to add 150M a half-year ago, and *knocks on wood* so far so good. I've also stuck with single-player mode racing against drivatars, and avoiding participation in online events. As with everything when trainers are involved though, YMMV.
Tengo una pregunta se pueden agregar los carros especiales como el 812 con el entrenador?
