After the most recent update, the trainer stopped working, I can't get any of the options to work in the game, I have been using this trainer for about a month and it worked fine before and I'm not doing anything differently.

I redownloaded the HF version just in case and it still doesn't work.

After a trainer is updated it's best to do a clean install:
Delete trainer and all files in these folders:
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
Reboot your PC to clear memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and make sure
the trainer is in a folder excluded from virus scans even if anti-virus has been disabled.
You may need to add an exclusion for this folder, too:
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens
Run trainer as Admin.
I'm still unable to get the trainer working after following each of those steps. I've restarted my PC multiple times and I still get nothing out of it.
It might help if you gave some additional details other than just getting nothing out of it, like:
Does it authenticate?
Does it not open at all?
Does it open and crash right away?
Does it crash when you Press F1 at the game menu?
Does it say Trainer activated but the options don't work?
Does it all look good until in game but it crashes then?
Do the options report Activated?
Have you completely disabled your anti-virus and checked our AV pages to see if perhaps yours has a process still running in the background such as Real Time Scanning or the like? With some products it's necessary to completely uninstall the anti virus app if it's not trainer friendly. You can also try making an exclusion directly to the Trainer.exe file.
