I uninstalled this beta game until the developers can go a couple of weeks without multi-gigabyte patches. I held out hope that the could get their act together; that hope dwindles every patch. Should have asked for a refund! 💩

Yeah the game definitely could have stood a few more months worth of QA. They stated they wanted to do a large patch on the 22nd but have instead resorted to to "smaller" updates. If by smaller you mean 1-2GB haha.

I've got to say, Kudos to the CH team for keeping up with the updates. Been rather enjoying this game, despite it's Quirks.

Does the "Unlimited Spell Usage" work for someone ? It does for spontaneous casting classes for me, like the sorcerer, but not for preparation-based classes like the wizard and cleric. Did I do something wrong ? Is there a way to go about it so it works for these classes too ?

On another note, the devs had stated that there wont be any more patches for a week or so.

Maybe CH will get a break.

I vaguely recall scratching my head on this one before. Try using the Unlimited Spell Scrolls Usage option. I tend to toggle on all 3 of those options (NUM ., F2, F1) and that definitely works with my Wizard's spells. Mousing over the portraits at the bottom of the screen after hitting a key has worked well for me.

I've also found it's one of the first features to break if the devs "fix" something todo with savegame corruption. Just guessing that that meddles with the memory locations things are at.
