i run trainer and after loading it popup open with for .tmp files, what should do?

Make sure the trainer is in a folder excluded from anti-virus scans as well as the work folder.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work

Never ever had problems with any trainers.
This is my very first.
Information: 0 : Frostpunk, 1.1.2, STEAM/GOG
Information: 0 : Trainer version: 1.5
Information: 0 : Trainer is up to date.
Information: 0 : Attaching to process: Frostpunk
Error: 0 : External component has thrown an exception.
Error: 0 : Failed attaching to process. Is the target process secured by anticheat software?

I've seen other posts and did what was told by Cypher.
Still having errors.
My first error was Failed to attach AOB or something.
after clearing cache, raoming/local files this is the new error i got. And yes tried system is reboot.
Running windows 10 64bit

Have you also read what Cypher posted 2 posts above and created a scan exclusion? You'll find a bit more about this in the trainer's instructions too.

running a customised version of windows 10,
Things like windows shop, Defender, Edge, Telemetry, Even system, Delivery optimization, Geolocation, web accounting, etc.. etc.. and all Xbox services have been deleted, so even if i wanted to i can't use Defender or even have it running.

Nevermind already finished the game -.- 18 hours of gameplay.
