Playing on Endless with default settings the Instant Research still doesnt work

I found that I had to start the research, click away from the workshop and then click on it again. Then the research completed instantly.

Will any of these trainers work for the Origin version? Will there be an origin version?

Please use the trainer option request system for requesting new options be added to this trainer and/or vote on options already requested.

From what i can tell, not even that works, the research option simply seems broken.

It worked for me in the past, i havent played since like 1.2
and yes i am using the latest 1.4 trainer

Instant Research not working in game version 1.4.1 (confirmed by me too).

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Come on guys, use the "update notification system".
I have allready done my part, we need at least 2 more
people to file an update notification for this trainer
so that we can boost the priority also for a faster
turnaround as PWizard explained above.
