yes you can disable the internet using the adapter interface or etc.

Just making your PC not connect to the internet through whichever method you choose.

you don't HAVE to do this, it's just a way to make sure you aren't connected to UBI servers or doing something by accident online

in V2 the trainer found where the game is installed

in V3 it doesn't and i need to set the location with F2
but i need to do it each time i launch the trainer

anyway i can set the location of the game permanently ?

That will not be added to the trainer.

V3 does this on purpose to help the users who had troubles with their registry not pointing to the correct install. Yes you will have to take 3 seconds to manually locate the root game folder when you want to use the trainer. We are leaving it this way to prevent problems in the future. If YOU pick the folder, then the trainer will have no problems locating the game and etc.

I just don't want to disconnect from the internet while using the trainer. Of course I'm playing just the single-player campaign (never tested Arcade). I'm 15+ hours now and all connected to Ubi servers etc and everything is ok so far. If I ever get banned by Ubi I will let you all know.

Adding another big THANK YOU to the pile. This trainer has increased my enjoyment of the game in a big way. Especially being able to avoid those damn annoying airplanes by going into stealth mode when I just want to fish or explore ;p

In case anyone is still having issues getting the trainer to work, I personally have to shut down Steam and Uplay entirely (in task manager ) prior to starting the trainer, otherwise it freezes when locating the game. I also get the Steam pop-up box that has to be clicked. After that, F2 to navigate to my install folder and everything works like a charm.

Something super weird just happened.

I just started the game with the version before the one tonight, and I got an update email, so at the menu I did "quit to desktop" and downloaded the new trainer.

Now, when I start the game, it can't find farcry5.exe and I notice .. my "common" catalog has been moved into a catalog called "depotcache"

All my games have been moved in there. - Anyone know what that is about?
