Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I've attempted to download different trainers (Dead Island Riptide Definitive Edition, just regular Dead Island Riptide), and when the downloads start, they immediately cancel with the error "Failed - Network Error".

Have you tried different browsers as well? Whitelisted/excluded our website in your security software? -> *.cheathappens.com

yep i have the same,no internet,than its says cheathappens is offline,and than its says try to download a key for offline.

failed network error is your security software or browser addons/extensions blocking the download.

site offline can be fixed usually by deleting the "work" file or folder in the \users\username\cheathappens folder

Hi, i have the same problem. The solution to delete the work file or folder doesnt work.

I have the problem with new downloaded trainer and old trainer.

Any other solution to fix the problem ?

I does not use a browser to activate the trainer and the AV-Software ist switch off.

Clean/empty/erase your browser cache worked for me

I always turn my anti-virus off when downloading from here since it just removes the download after it's completed.

I tried in IE (generally use Chrome) and it worked. Probably need to clear my browser history then. Thanks everyone.
