to get married you have to make your relationship 100% and make sure they are in love and not just friends pretty soon you will have the option to propose, if you propose to bing or to humphrey they will say they are spoken for artie and rod will say they are hungry, if you serve them dinner and make them in a good mood then you propose they will say yes.

i got with candy get het to 100% be in a good mood call her while she is on the way serve food when she gets there ancer the door go eat she should eat also when she is done she will go to the bathroom then call her to the liveing room and propose.... i did it at malcomes

make sure you have a 100% connection with them, be in a perfect mood, be clean, (cheat gnome comes in handy) feed them, talk to them, make sure yur in love, (obviously) make a few moves on them before you propose. it's very hard tho, most of the time the'll come up with the same excuses even tho you already tryed to fulfill them...
