yes get a girlfriend or boyfriend and make sure you have 4 green bars in your mood state and also have plenty of job promotions

u have 2 get 100% of a conection with who u r going to marry

how is the easyest personn 2 marry in the bustin' out mode? plz hlp me.it's starting 2 **** me off

No you have to get them in 100 or 90 in friend ship then you have to like kiss them or give them a back rub something you would do if you had a boyfriend. then a heart should show up then keep kissing him or something until like a heart shows up on him and you then you shold get the purpose social.

This is a cheat i got follow it.

"Getting married
Make a meal, then call your potential mate over. Sit down and eat with them. When you are done, let him or her use the bathroom. While they are doing that, watch TV then have him or her join you. When they get up, propose."

this worked for me. I hope this works for you!
You have to make sure your at 100 so no probs occur. and make sure a heart show above both u and your lover. I got this from a cheat.
