I am a lifetime member of CH. I am not sure about something. My sister is on my steam account share thingy and I was wondering if it is against the rules for her to use my trainers. Neither of us want to violate TOS and I am not sure of the protocol. Am I allowed to let my family use my trainers? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I assume you mean she shares your Steam in the same house but on a different PC correct?

Its my understanding that its allowed, as long as any trainer does not go beyond your sisters use outside of the home.

I had asked Chris this also regarding my son using the trainers years ago and I believe he said it was okay to do.

After a certain amount of people use the trainer I think either the trainer or the account associated with the trainer gets blocked.

So again, as long as its just your sister and she doesn't give them to anyone it should be ok.

A: The protection included with our personalized trainers are meant to prevent public distribution and sharing, not to prevent you from using them on multiple home PCs. You are welcome to use them on multiple PCs. The only time your account may be banned is if the files are found on file sharing and/or bittorrent sites, or if we see an excessive number of different computers attemtping to use them.
