im trying get the trainer to work for Tiger Woods 08..i check see if its same version it is..it had no directions.so I need help..ty

First few questions:
Do you use Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7?
Do you have the retail version of the game, ie on a physical storage medium like a CD/DVD?

I am able to run our trainer with admin rights on Windows 7 Ult x64 without any security software exclusions.
Did you run the trainer that way?

no.does the trainer have to be in the tiger woods folder

That may be a good idea for a game that old.
If you get the trainer started, left-click on 'Launch' and you will be asked for the game's installation location to launch TW2008.exe.
If you left-click on 'About' below the TW picture, you'll get the information on how to use option F1 - Edit Shots.
