Did you try to delete the current trainer, clear your Windows tmp folder/ browser cache, reboot your PC, download the trainer again and have scan exclusions in Norton for the trainer exe file and the - Work - folder in this location here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\ ?

Also, please make sure not to let Norton decide what to exclude but do it manually. Please visit our AV Notification page to get some ideas about exclusions in Norton -> Link

Do you have the trainer key settings customized from an older version? Please delete these files as well -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\Keys\
