Being an older template try adding these to your exclusions list for whatever antivirus you have.

Just the runtimes or both runtimes and SDKs? Also I don't seem to have any of the last 4 temp files located in that directory. Should I? I can't believe I forgot to reinstall both .net core runtimes after reinstalling windows. I only had the Framework.

Run-times only, SDK's are for dev's. And, just add those paths above to the exclusion list in your anti-virus software, those are just files extensions that the trainer could generate.

Unfortunately none of this has worked. I have tried restarting my computer after installing the runtimes, the I forgot to install and adding everything I could find of the things you listed to windows defender, since some seem to not exist.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Ok, I tried finding the game version to see if it was updated but I can only find the latest update which is covered by the latest trainer version. I don't know where to check ingame to see if it changed at all at some point. So I can't complete some of the required boxes.

I just purchased this during the koei tecmo sale 2020. So I am unsure of patches but as stated above the trainer is not detecting the game. When you press f1 the trainer states unable to find game. I have also tried the starting trainer button on said trainer to get the same reply. I have disabled windows defender as well as anti virus. I have also ran it as admin from an admin account.

Side note my other trainers work great. Like MHW:Iceborne which is more current. So I am thinking it isn't AV related. That runs just fine without AV disable or even admin privilege.
