works fine here and no other complaints after 7000+ downloads of the trainer.

I get its weird, I dont get it either. I tried googling what the problem is/to fix it and cant figure out why. Other trainers download fine. Oh well I guess. chrome "network error" and firefox "could not be saved, because the source file could not be read."

sorry to upset you PW, i guess i was just kind of curious if anyone else had the issue before and had a way to fix it maybe. Thanks for everything you do

The trainer was a real godsend tonight. Was stuck at the end of a mission to neutralize all remaining enemy targets, and had somehow managed to completely bypass a building with two enemies. I'd started sending one soldier back to search everything while the others dealt with the endless hordes of Lost, and was spending quite a few rounds on it.

With the trainer, activating the movement option, it took less than a minute to find the buggers 😄

I recently had to un-install and re-install Xcom 2, and now the trainer says it cannot find the game.

Steam only installed files into the Xcom2-War of the Chosen directory if that makes a difference. The launcher.log files says the game version is 8917.

Edit: NM. I backed up, and then deleted everything even remotely involved with Xcom2 on my drive, and then re-installed, again, and now it seems to work.

I cant seem to get any oif the supplies intel allys ect working.

I know this has been out for a few years but I just started XCOM2 WOTC. So I hope someone is still monitoring this thread, I have followed the instructions precisely in how to edit the launch parameters to enable the features in this trainer to work i.e. adding ENG, SCI E cores. I have verified that yes indeed the consol is functioning in-game and yet I still can't get those features to work. The other features that don't require that are working fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.😁

Works fine for me for all options, make sure you select war of the chosen and not vanilla xcom 2, I thought the trainer wasn't working either as well till i saw you could do a little drop down option on the xcom 2 launcher

I recently bought XCOM 2 & WOTC on a steam sale and tried downloading the trainer. It would "disappear" and the culprit (for me) was Windows 10 Anti-Malware and gave me this info:

I really do not wish to turn off my Windows Defender, and (so far) no other trainers have required me to. What is the deal with this one?
