You need to read it again then,

Numpad 4: Endless XP - at the end of the mission when you can spend
your XP on your characters, toggle this on and then spend
XP as much as you like. You will need to eventually turn
it off and then basically CONFIRM, but once you toggle off
DO NOT SPEND ANY MORE XP, even if you have more. Also, DO NOT
USE the ALLOCATE ALL option, or the way the programmers lazily
programmed the game, the game will endlessly loop trying to
give you the XP.

I Read it, what is wrong with my way? I dont understand it.

Once you turn it off you just confirm, nothing else.

Ok i make it so, i have activate the Trainer -> Spend EP -> Deactivate the Trainer -> The only Button i have is "Allocate All", when i press the Game freeze. What is wrong?

I tastes 2 ways...

Activate the Tariner -> Spend XP -> Deactivate the Trainer -> Button "Allocate All" freeze the Game instand (the only Button i have)

Spend XP -> Activate the Trainer -> Spend XP -> Deactivate the Trainer -> Button "Confirm A." freeze the Game after (the only Button i have)
