Something keeps happening whenever i try to run the trainer. It keeps saying it doesn't have the proper permissions, even i turn off the anti virus and click run as administrator.
Is it possible that you need to right-click->Properties then on the General tab it may say the file is blocked for your safety so you click Unblock.
Also check where the file is saved. If it is on the root (top level) of a drive, often this can cause Windows to stop you using it as it gets a bit weird about using the root of the drive as a place to store/run applications.
Is it possible to add unlimited psi power? its the purple line under suit integrity, combat focus consumes it and I got it selected on my save all you gotta do is right click and it activates, I also got psi hypos that replenish it, do use those you just go to the quick access menu by scrolling up and clicking Q

Prey saved games are placed, regardless of where your profile is actually set to, in:
C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\Arkane Studios\Prey\SaveGames\CampaignX
Where you replace USERNAME with your PC username and X with the campaign number your saved game is running from. It appears the locations start with 0.
eg. C:\Users\Chiffster\Saved Games\Arkane Studios\Prey\SaveGames\Campaign0
I'm not sure what was in the save game file, but inside that Campaign0 folder you get folders such as:
autosave0
autosave1
autosave2
quicksave0
quicksave1
quicksave2
temp
That is the list of folders I have in mine.

As chiffster said, however this save is much more up to date with 99% of all psi powers, very few missing.
If you can a no cooldown would be great too, some of them have insanely long ones.
I got the trainer and started playing where I was in the game..I was in my office..left it and got to the teleconference room and picked up the silenced pistol and the game froze..still hear audio but can't do anything else..not sure what caused it to freeze but going to try and replicate it..

It's just possible (even probable) that the game just froze/crashed on you. I've had it crash three times thus far, all of them were when zoning from one area to another.

Yeah that is why said I would try to replicate it..so far not been able to so going to go with game problem not trainer..I was not leaving area into another..I was in the room and picked up gun..moved toward the table and boom..froze..
