This started happening to me since yesterday .. I don't think there's been a game update.
It freaked out mid game with that error and suddenly gave me infinite firing at 0 ammo. I only had invisibility turned on at the time.

Update to my last post. Game was not up-to-date. Trainer is now working properly. Anyone else experiencing that same issue. check your version.

Will this trainer affect you seeing the great one and diamonds in the game?

No idea what a great one is so dunno. Trainer just edits memory not game mechanics unless you edit something that will prevent you seeing whatever those are.
