Btw activating invisibility cheats prevent the game missions from progressing and getting completed. I have to turn it on and off constantly. Would be nice if cheat maker would fix that, if possible.
sounds like a game issue and not a trainer issue
Invisibility + allow shooting cheats are quite buggy for me too. Would be nice if the cheat creator fixed these issues, if possible.

Couple things
1 game is old
2 it's very difficult to make those options and not BREAK the game completely
3 game updates frequently
4 I isolated this as much as it is going to be isolated

Using 2 functions to invisibility sat wrong with me, it's quirky as well, so I reversed the game myself to look for a better invisibility, and found it.
If you ret the CAISenseVision class function at 40 53 48 83 EC 20 48 8B D9 8B 49 08 83 E9 you will effectively make the animals deaf, blind and unable to smell you. While still being able to use lures and shoot them as much as you want without enabling any other hack to do so.
Just trying to help, it will definitely make for a better invisibility hack than current.

Gonna remove them since its suddenly a huge problem after 2 years.

Being able to simply toggle on and walk up to animals without them running off I thought would be a great thing, but apparently it's an issue now.
There's probably 100 other trainers that do what you want I guess.
Sorry all the troubles, the options will be removed in upcoming update. That way you won't have to turn it off and on any more.
