Working fine here. Something on your end is blocking/deleting it. Try different browsers, disable browser addons/extensions and completely disable all security software.
The third trainer in the list on the game page is for the Windows Store version. If it's not working then you need to file an update request, not a new platform request.
There's been a small update a day ago, to include the Resident Evil Village link to store, so it may have affected it.
I'm getting the same too, with the inventory options but not the lag as badly, with all the usual things tried.
