Watch Dogs 2 Message Board  

Morning fellow gamers, I have a request and if any of you are able to help I would greatly appreciate it. I pre-ordered this both on Xbox One and PC, PC simply because of the trainer possibility from the wonderful guys here at CheatHappens. Unfortunately for any of you who have been following the news here in the states, I am a firefighter in Tennessee and have been in Gatlinburg near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and just now got to come home to my family and am really looking forward to playing this game. With everything that is going on right now with the fact that literally this entire part of our great state is burning to the ground I honestly don't have time to play all the missions. I know the game was just released, so I am not asking for a total 100 percent game save, but if anyone has a save game that you would be willing to share that is just far enough into the game where I can still play the missions in game, but far enough in to where I have the free roam capability unlocked, I would be very much appreciative to you. And on a side note, for all of my gaming friends in this community, I apologize if this is off topic, but for any of you who are people of prayer, please keep the people in my part of the state who have literally lost not only their homes, but literally the entire city that has burnt to the ground, in your prayers. Thank you all very much!

Here is one of my save most of the skills unlock ton of cash and semi beginning of the game just did a few missions the save location is on C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\XXXXXXXXXX/ just add the folder inside here thats all

Sorry to bother the people who have helped me, @DjDruLotus I have worked on this for some time before making a post, and even contacted Ubi support, and they stated there is no reason they know of that the save you sent me should not work and I have tried everything. I had the same issue with Far Cry 4, and I found several tutorials online that told how to stop UPlay from cloud syncing the save game files and using local shared game save files, but I am having no luck what so ever getting Watch Dogs 2 to even recognize the save you shared with me. Can anyone offer any advice on this or what I may be doing wrong? I was thinking that perhaps this may be one of those games that the game saves are strictly tied to your account, but Ubi Support said in the email response that it is not locked to someone's account, and they could not find a reason that UPlay does not stop trying to retrieve the saves from the cloud. Thanks in advance for any help.

when you start the game its not long after you get to free roam really. and i can help you with maxing out skills pritty quickly. i can show you all this over skype if that helps?

Make sure if you haven't disabled Ubisoft's UPlay service, that you set the service to not sync with their cloud. They have a cloud service and your save will be checked if you sync to it.
