Is there going a to be a GOG version?

You can send us the game exe to compare it with the Steam exe. Should it be different it is unlikely as the huge amount of trainer options would need to be updated for 2 trainer versions then.

You have to zip/rar the exe file before uploading it here. Create a new post, click Attach file/paper clip icon below the main text box, select the zipped file and submit your post as usual.

If the archive file is too big to upload it here please upload it to a reliable filehoster and post the link here instead.

Infinite party health isn't working. The other options are but not that one.

The game is based on Unity engine and that means the trainer should work for all platforms where the game is released. When it plays an error sound, is there any message on the debug tab on the trainer?

I am running Steam version, and when started my trainer also says error. However it says I am running multiple "tyranny" processes, and asks se me to pick one. When I do, it works fine.

Maybe this can solve the OP's problem?

Have you renamed the trainer to Tyranny.exe ?
