Thanks for the reply - got rid of BD and went back to Norton. Should never have switched to BD is more trouble than it's worth. Anyway all is fine now. 🙂
Keep up the good Work Guys!
Unfortunately, you switched from rather good to bad. - Never rely on Norton's automated options whatsoever. Always perform exclusions manually as Norton is too dumb even when asked what to do with a certain file. It just saves an ID file signature but will still block this file nonetheless in most cases I saw.
Whenever I start the trainer it doesnt start up the trainer never appears, i have tried other trainers and they start up fine its just this trainer that doesnt seem to be working.
What Windows OS and what security software do you use (please in detail)?
Previous page, top post. – Does this work for you?
If you use a Bitdefender 2018 version, please disable the 'Advanced Threat Defense' module completely.
This fixed my issues which is strange because even whitelisting the program in BitDefender didn't do anything. I had to actually disable Advanced Threat Defense like you said. Thank you for the quick response. You're amazing.

You may send the trainer file to Bitdefender and tell them about your issue with it.
This option was disabled by default in the 2017 versions of BD, but now the world has gone really bad so they decided to enable it and put a sticker on.
