I had to uninstall Kaspersky in this case. Completley disabling it in any possible way, killing all processes did not work.
The new Trainerversion is blocked by any execution hook registered to the system even if its not running i guess.

I would contact Kaspersky and tell them to fix that.

I don't face this problem using Kaspersky IS. I just exit this program when I run any CH's trainer.
Trainer doesn't Work for me. Seems to load but then nothing happens. Opening task manager shows the application is loaded repeatedly each time I run the trainer app. Tried all the usual - whitelisting, completely disabling av etc. Normally your trainers just work for me without problems, this one seems to behave badly though. 🙂
Please read the first post on this page. Did you create those 2 exclusions? If you use a Bitdefender 2018 version, please disable the 'Advanced Thread Defense' module completely.

I just checked with the latest Kaspersky Internet Security 2018 version available with default settings and didn't even need any exclusion to start the trainer successfully.
Seems something else is blocking the trainer on your system.
