Yes, of course.

Turning off antivirus does not completely disable it, exclusions must be added. Win 10 will default to defender, so you have to add same exclusions to it and to whatever else you have installed.

If you still have an issue please explain in full detail what you are doing exactly, what is happening when you are doing it and what security software you are using.

So I'm running Panda Dome for antivirus.

I have the following exclusions set:

c:\users\{name}\Cheathappens
d:\Downloads\[trainer directory]
d:\Downloads\[trainer directory]\[trainer.exe]

I have the following exclusions also set in Windows Defender:

c:\users\{name}\Cheathappens
d:\Downloads\[trainer directory]
d:\Downloads\[trainer directory]\[trainer.exe]

I've tried running as a regular user. I've tried running as Admin.

I've tried running with Panda Dome on and with it off.

I've tried all combinations of the above.

Every time the behaviour is the same. I launch the trainer, UAC asks if I want to authorize it, I say yes, the trainer starts and runs for a few seconds before exiting with no error messages.

Have both latest CORE Link (Both of the Net-Core MUST be installed x86 and x64) and FRAMEWORK Link from Microsoft.

Yes, CORE and Framework are updated to the latest versions.

I just tried uninstalling Panda, rebooting, turning off Defender and running the trainer as Admin. It still crashed.

working fine on my end so something is still blocking it. Look at event viewer and see what it says
