In the new update (3.5.1 both game and trainer) the Ironman Console option doesn't seem to work anymore. The Ironman Saves option does work. In not-Ironman mode the game's console works as normal. Anyone else have this problem with the trainer as well?

Same issue. I think they changed something in 3.5.1 to forcibly disable the console. It used to be that the ` key opened the console, even in ironman mode, but when in ironman mode you couldn't actually use any commands. Now the entire console is disabled and nothing happens when you hit `.

Same situation, trainer lauched trought aurora

Fourthing that. Using latest version of both Aurora and Stellaris, no mods, Ironman mode. Aurora continues to work just fine in other recently updated Paradox titles such as CK3. It's something in Stellaris' latest version that's doing it.

Same issue here, launched through Aurora. Ironman Saves works, Ironman Console doesn´t. Console in non-ironman games works as well.

Getting the same issue as every one else.
Can't access console in ironman. HOWEVER. I can offer a solution.
Got to your save game folder
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\save games.
Pick your save folder, COPY IT.
Now, in the original EXTRACT the gamestate file from the save with 7zip or what ever, open "gamestate" with a text editor, then ctrl+f to search "ironman". ((Must extract to make changes. ))
Turn this from ironman=yes to ironman=no.
Save the game state file, then put it back in and overwrite the one in the zip/save.

This turns the save normal, you can do some cheats or what ever in console then do the same thing to the save file to turn ironman back on.

The trainer is updated to fix the issues you are describing. They stealth updated the game to try and thwart people using console in ironman. I already fixed it. You will have to wait for the new Aurora version of the trainer to be posted and pushed. It's been fixed for hours, they just haven't gotten to it yet.
