Maybe you can try it yourself before asking our programmers to take time away from programming and re-download, re-install, re-patch and re-test a trainer that may be working just fine?

Tried it.


So far the trainer is working fine. on the patch 1.0.0

Could the enxt update provide invincibility for the captain?
I've just started the game and my captain has a habit of dying whenever I go plundering.

After the last patch of Man o War (May 04), the game seems to crash with the trainer.
However, this patch seems very glitchy to begin with, so I can't actually tell if it's the trainer or the game. (without the trainer, the game doesn't crash, but seems to choke a lot. Then with the trainer on, it's enough to kick it to crash).

Can anyone else confirm if it's just the game that's bad, or the trainer?

Edit* - Confirmed that the "Infinite Ship Health" immediately crashed the game. Even if you try turning it on and off again at a pause menu. The ship health does refresh, but then the game promptly crashes.

As you can see on my video I just made using the latest trainer and latest steam version that there is no crash (not when activating at main menu and not when activating infinite ship health), also you can see that the ship health cheat works pretty well.

All I can offer is taking a look via teamviewer on it.

Huh, now that's interesting. Thanks for taking the time to try this out.

Maybe there's something glitchy with my save game? When I get a chance I'll see if I can start a new game up. And if that works, I'll change to the same version ship I'm using now and see if it still works. I do remember having issues before, when I upgraded my ship. But simply closing everything out and starting again, and activating the trainer only when in the new ship it worked great.

If I learn anything useful I'll let you know. Thanks again!
