oh, but you can bet, there is going to be such a thing as soft ban's.

You will probably only fall afoul of a soft ban if you PvP a lot. I, for one, don't. This remains a largely single player game for me. Which is why a trainer is DESPERATELY needed and appreciated. 😀

We should expect the trainer, at least a day after the official release. Not before.
