Some items like lockpicks look like they have a quantity but in reality they don't. THey are listed as separat items so you cannot search/modify your lockpick amount. This might be the case for other items as well.

The newest trainer lets you lockpick things without any lockpicks at all. Will be posted soon.

So to get perk points you have to level the ability up at least once through XP on a level that would reward a perk point. If you select the skill and hit Q it will tell you what levels reward a perk point. My recommendation is, for the skill you're trying to get a perk point for, set it 1 level below the lowest level that rewards a perk.

Once you get that, if you have the save tonic, set the level to 20 and then save and reload your game. This is important, because if you don't do this the game will keep your perks limited to the last level you unlocked.

NOTE: This is for secondary skills like combat and such that you cannot use the EXP cheat to force earning perks. For the primary skills like strength and agility and such, you just need to set them to level 1 and put something like 999999 for the xp. Next time it levels up it will be max level with perks.

Just one thing before you do use the skill cheats, also make sure you have a per point in main level. For some reason if you use the skill exp cheat you'll get the perk points like for strength and that. But you'll earn no perk points in the main level.

Hello,

I'm having problems with this specific trainer. When I start the trainer it doesn't show up. It runs in the background if I check the taskmanager. I'm running Windows 10 64bit and Bitdefender total sec 2018.

Other "new" trainers ie Civ 6 etc work perfectly. As does the CH promo version of this trainer. I put the trainers into an exception folder. When this didn't work I tried disabling my AV (Bitdefender 2018) and it won't fix the problem. I even uninstalled my AV and still it won't work.

There seems to be some form if specific problem with this trainer.
