I'm having problems with this specific trainer. When I start the trainer it doesn't show up. It runs in the background if I check the taskmanager. I'm running Windows 10 64bit and Bitdefender total sec 2018.
Other "new" trainers ie Civ 6 etc work perfectly. As does the CH promo version of this trainer. I put the trainers into an exception folder. When this didn't work I tried disabling my AV (Bitdefender 2018) and it won't fix the problem. I even uninstalled my AV and still it won't work.
There seems to be some form if specific problem with this trainer.

Quite frank: Get rid of any Bitdefender 2018 product.
It doesn't seem to be a problem with this specific trainers but with all our trainers that are marked as Trainer Manager Compatible and BD's piece of code.
Even though you have scan exclusions created in the ANTIVIRUS module for the trainer exe file and the Work folder, which is located here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\ , and have the trainer exe whitelisted in the ADVANCED THREAT DEFENSE module it's very likely that you still cannot get this trainer to work.
If you start Task Manager you will see the trainer processes running just fine but you don't get a feedback why they don't show up.
In that case you havte to disable the ATD module completely prior to launch and while you use our most current trainers.
I have none of the aforementioned programs and nothing similar. I'm running windows 10 pro OEM. Apart from that steam and bitdefender which I tried to uninstall. Windows defender is not accessible anymore as I have now reinstalled bitdefender. Previous to that I tried disabling it completely before launching. And before reinstalling bd I also put exceptions into windows defender.
If this is a system problem on my part why are similar trainers working?
