now when i download the trainer and extract the file with RAR opener and then get a error saying the fil is damaged or partial so what must i do with this problem

If someone wants me to update this trainer, maybe they can send me a savegame and where it goes so I don't have to play 200 hours to get to stuff

I have tried all the previously recommended methods of fixing, and the error is still occurring. I start the trainer as administrator, start the game, activate it at the main menu, load my save, and when I hit num 1 to "capture player, it says," Please wait......failed." I can hit it a hundred times, always the same reply. Antivirus off. Reset computer. Stared new game. I cannot figure out WHY it will not capture the character, and without that, none of the cheats work. Please help.

Also, yes, it is the correct trainer, matching with the same version of the game. All the easy stuff on the standard help checklist has been checked and tried.

I just downloaded the game from Steam and our latest trainer on Windows 10 Pro x64 (v1703), ran the trainer with admin rights, then the game, waited until I was in the main menu, where one can start/load a game, pressed F1 and activated the trainer, loaded into the game and pressed Numpad 1 to capture the data. - All this is working as intended as well as the other options.

Please make sure that you exclude the trainer exe file and the -Work- folder in this location -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\ from any security software scans.

As stated, I have tried the standard things, such as, as I checked, "I have disabled/uninstalled all antivirus, firewall and other security apps including browser addons and extensions." The only thing that was still on was Spyware Terminator 2015, which I have shut off, restarted the computer, and retried the trainer and Stardew Valley, running as administrator, and it is doing the same as before. The trainer activates at the main page just fine, I load or start a new game, and it fails to capture the character. What else should I try???
