the grims option was dropped many many versions ago.
the latest trainer should work on the latest release of the game, but the grims option was removed a long time ago... like 3 versions of the trainer ago.
Trainer tested working with PRIVATE server with AI bots
Select PRIVATE, then quickly Press F2 then F3 to start the map.

I remember the struggle here when they changed the mechanics ingame and you are far away from being blamed for giving up. At this time they also fixed a lot of exploits like the way around the arena of the White Rat level. That saved a lot of time when one didn't had many problems to navigate through the parcours. It was helpful with the 7 grim option.
After my new computer was ready I have given the game another try (my old spec was like an old locomotive when the game was running) and also took a look here for a suitable trainer. Then I read what EODDEMO replied to Thefallen388496 and followed his instructions:
"-Was in windowed mode
-Was in solo game only bots
>-Mark game as private
-F1 upon enter game
-Health + ammo/overheat because why wouldnt you
-Find grimoire
-Activate 7grimoire function.
-Completed level"
Right now I just tested the newest trainer and the oldest one and they both worked (unlimited HP and ammo and the grim). I played a run with the seven grim options and guess who rolled with seven green dice again 😉

I confirm that the old version of the trainer works perfectly ! Even the 7 Grimoires option !
As usual, CH is always the best, even when they shouldn't ^^
However, is there any way to undo the "Super Health" option ? Even by using CoSMOS to modify a value to retrieve the normal maximum health ?
This is necessary to finish any Survival map...otherwise...we just cannot die and go to the loot/xp page...
Does anyone knows a way to avoid this problem ?
1] find values using memory editing tools.
2] play the Fall, where all players can just jump into water. (even when not buying DLC, if you finished some rounds and lover difficulties when someone else was hosting, you can random search it at one higher difficulty, then start hostint)
3] wait for rounds where are packmasters and assasins. {27 for example)
But yeah, that option would be nice, but we cannot have everything, and i doubt any moddification will be made since game is old...

Thanks for heads up on this.
I can confirm I also got the 7 grimoires working on the original trainer.
The key is only 1 grim pick and no tomes or other grims the rest of the run.
