Konami seems to be trigger happy in releasing patches almost on a daily basis.
In CH's perspective, I can see how constant patches are irritating. But from a developer and gamer's perspective, it is a good thing. It means they didn't just push out a product and milk the money. They care about their customer, hence they're trying to make things work.
no idea.. people are using the trainer (as are we) for hours at a time...
I might only suggest you try deleting the debug folder and you might delete your trainer and download a new one. Also, leave off options that aren't useful in other portions of the game (i.e. mega materials, unlock all, etc.) when not needed.
