the trainer tells me to use the playgtav.eve file and thereis no file with that name. i have the steam version.

Try launching the game through the steam client. make sure you are in singleplayer.

Vehicle Damage seems not to be working. The cars blow up just with few bullets. As far as I remember, Even infinite bullets don't do any damage to the vehicle health, but now, even the tires pop out with just a single bullet. Please Help! I run the app as Administrator and Antivirus and etc. are off while launching the trainer.

Regarding all the reports that infinite health makes the enemies invincible. Here is a video proof that this is NOT the case:

In the Video, the vehicle damage seems to work fine but when i drive any NPC car, And if the cops are on me, The bullets do enough damage to make the car smoke and not to mention, even the tires pop out! Am i doing something wrong which is not providing me with the desired result? When i get out of the car and shoot minigun at it, the car is blowing up! Please help me!

I've tested it with NPC cars and it works on these as well. However when you leave the car it can get destroyed. The cheat only works for the current car you are driving and only for ground vehicles.
