I have to ask this because it's a bit trouble. The trainer is working as intended but it's kinda working beyond what I want. My main issue is Infinite Health gives both players and NPC become invincible and so this prevent the game progression as I don't want to die but I can't kill them either, I am shooingg their head with a machinegun none stop and they will soon stand up and fight as usual. Another problem is once the infinite health is activated, even deactivate it my character and NPC still maintain their infinite health. Please help. I am kinda stuck as I can use everything but infinite health. I can blow up cars but not a single human even with a grenade or rocket launcher.
Do you have fall damage on if it is on then for some reason npc dont take damage i keep that off and just up the HP and have not had any issues since i noticed this.

I see. I am using the lastest trainer but I turned the no fall damage on. Because in previous of GTA game even it's infinite health I can die from fall damage. Thank you for this I will try as soon as I can.
The 'Vehicle Damage' cheat doesn't take Infinte bullets (As it used to take in the previous versions of the trainer) now. The cars are blowing with the same number of bullets with/without the cheat. Potentially ruling out the effect of the cheat. Please resolve this @Cheathappens.
Vehicle data does not load into memory until you are in the car as they all have different traits. Activate it every time you get into a new/different vehicle, don't just leave it on.
