Registration code for trainer manager on Feedback, Complaints or Problems Message Board - Page 1

I just installed the trainer manager and could only view 5 trainers. So I logged into this site VIA the trainer manager.
I am waiting for a registration code.

Im a lifetime sub. How do I aquire the code to unlock the unlimited amount of shown trainers?
