Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I submitted a report. I posted here in the off chance I was doing something wrong and a peer might have some advice to correct it.

The Forest Trainer version 0.67B+ is working very well with the latest Steam version of The forest (Public Alpha version V69b)

Super light works very well in caves although the reports tell me it doesn't. You need a light source obviously for it to work: Link

I'm having an issue with the trainer. When I open it, the "customized for" logo pops up, but then it disappears. I opened up task manager and it is running as a background process.

I tried disabling my anti-virus and firewall(Bitdefender), and that didn't help. I then tried to add to the exclusion lists in Bitdefender, and that didn't help either. It's showing that it is being allowed through the firewall, too.

I can't for the life of me figure out why it's not opening properly for me. anyone run into something like this before and know what I need to do?

Add this to your exclusion list as well C:\Users\usernamehere\Cheathappens\Work and make sure to disable "Advanced Threat Defense".

Thanks for the reply. It didn't seem to work, but I re-downloaded the trainer again, and this time it started up properly. I'm wondering if my file got corrupted or something during download, because I was having connection errors when trying to download it. I appreciate the help so quickly.

The trainer works great btw. Really love the brighter lights. Always had trouble traversing the underground.

Any one know how the option Add non story items and story work.I dont know how its work.Thank you
